Our Mission

Milaana is a national non-profit organization with a mission to take finances out of the equation for low-income university students and to pave the bumps in the road to their quality education.  

Milaana, which means "to bring together" in Hindi, connects students who are on full financial aid scholarships but who cannot afford educational aids such as books, laptops, and other essential tools, to donors who help cover these cost. This enable these students to spend less time worrying about those deficiencies and more time working towards achieving their goals.
